Your data is used solely to provide the MeetingMind service. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. Recordings are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls.

4. Data Retention

You can delete your meetings and account data at any time. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI services for transcription and summarization. These services process your audio under strict data processing agreements.
