Your use of MeetingMind is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your recordings and transcripts are encrypted and never used to train AI models.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all recordings and content you upload. MeetingMind retains ownership of the service and platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

MeetingMind is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
